Field Support & Integration Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil. The role requires eligibility for airport badging in Brazil and Brazilian citizenship, with travel to customer, airline, and maintenance locations of up to 75%, including internationally.

What you will do

• Support customer planning and execution of aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and activation activities.
• Perform remote diagnostic checks and provide timely resolution for service inquiries related to hirify.global in-flight connectivity equipment.
• Provide on-site and remote training to airline personnel, maintenance vendors, and customer maintenance representatives.
• Maintain complete and accurate records, technical documentation, installation aids, and equipment required for service maintenance.
• Collaborate with airlines, OEMs, engineering teams, program management, suppliers, and third-party maintenance partners.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with hirify.global procedures, airline manuals, and FAA/DGAC regulations.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Aircraft Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive airline or aircraft experience.
• Experience with aircraft electrical and avionics equipment, technical manuals, schematics, installation, repair, and testing.
• Experience with IP networking and Linux/Unix systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24x7 operating environment and communicate complex technical information clearly.
• Brazilian citizenship and eligibility for airport SIDA badging in Brazil required.

Nice to have

• Brazilian or equivalent aircraft maintenance certification, including ANAC certification.
• Experience with RF satellite or wireless communication systems.
• Technical Support or NOC experience.
• Experience working in virtual teams with remote supervision.
