Technology Team Lead - Web & Digital Solutions (Next.js/Azure)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees are not hired from U.S. territories or Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, or Maine. The role requires a dedicated home workspace, non-cellular high-speed internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, and latency below 80 ms. Hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet are not permitted.

Salary: $126,147–$159,583 USD target hiring range; maximum current salary of $177,821 USD.

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for enterprise web applications, cloud-native solutions, APIs, microservices, and digital platforms.
• Lead solution design discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, technical decisions, and quality standards.
• Guide the design, development, deployment, and support of Azure-hosted web applications and customer-facing digital experiences.
• Provide technical leadership for Sitecore content management, personalization, and platform initiatives.
• Support OneTrust privacy, consent management, cookie compliance, and data governance solutions.
• Mentor developers, remove delivery obstacles, participate in hiring, and communicate priorities, risks, and resource needs to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, web application development, or application architecture, including 3 years leading projects.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and providing day-to-day leadership in a software development environment.
• Experience with modern web frameworks such as Next.js, Svelte, or Vue, and with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architectures, software architecture, application security, and engineering best practices.
• Must meet the U.S. remote-work eligibility and home-office connectivity requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, Sitecore DXP, or related CMS platforms.
• Experience with OneTrust Privacy Management, Consent Management, Cookie Compliance, or Data Governance.
• Experience with Vercel, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, or Azure API Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, SAML, and modern authentication technologies.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
