Shipping & Receiving Clerk III - 1st Shift (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Lebanon, Indiana, United States. First shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Salary: $25.85–$30.85 per hour. Starting pay is $25.85 per hour.

What you will do

• Coordinate domestic and international shipping requirements and schedule outbound loads.
• Fill, process, store, and pick parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Verify quantities, quality, labels, receipts, and supplier packing lists.
• Coordinate with logistics teams, carriers, accounts payable, and material coordinators to resolve discrepancies and expedite shipments.
• Operate packaging equipment, paint-line equipment, electric hoists, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Record material movements, counts, weights, labels, and inventory information while maintaining safe and orderly work areas.

Requirements

• Previous distribution center, warehouse, or order-filling experience.
• Knowledge of parts systems, procedures, and operations.
• Computer literacy and the ability to maintain complete and accurate records.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, communicate effectively, and work overtime when required.
• Good attendance record and mechanical aptitude.
• Successful completion of background, drug, and post-offer medical screenings is required.
