Analytics Engineer

Location: USA — Remote

Salary: $80,500–$114,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end analytics solutions that streamline workflows and digitally transform Operations.
• Communicate complex analytics and findings to non-technical business stakeholders through clear language and visualization.
• Participate in cross-functional projects supporting supply chain, manufacturing, and quality functions.
• Develop applications and business processes that precede data analytics.
• Select appropriate methodologies and technologies autonomously to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, data science, biotechnology, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Ability to apply operational business practices and coordinate with related functions to improve efficiency.
• Must be based in the USA for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Full-stack development experience.
• Experience with solvers and linear or mixed-integer programming optimization.
• Experience working with AI technologies.
