Director, Project Management

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas Home Office, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead multiple complex, cross-functional projects and ensure compliance with standardized processes and deliverables.
• Manage project resources, budgets, timelines, and financial goals.
• Identify operational improvements and implement sustainable project management best practices.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support organizational initiatives.
• Develop project teams through coaching, mentoring, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field with 5 years of experience in business, operations, analytics, or a related area; alternatively, 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and managing resources and budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, business analysis, and process improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing small- or medium-scale change initiatives.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Project Management or Six Sigma certification.
