Location: Hybrid role based in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do
- Partner with plant managers to analyze operational performance, cost efficiency, and productivity.
- Analyze product cost development, unit cost trends, and production cost variances.
- Coordinate annual plant-level budgeting for costs, capacity, and product impact.
- Maintain standard costing templates and govern material master data.
- Prepare monthly plant reports using global tools and plant-specific analysis.
- Support integrated operations initiatives and global process and IT improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of relevant cost analysis or financial planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Familiarity with standard costing and ERP systems such as SAP.
- Strong analytical, communication, cross-functional collaboration, internal controls, and compliance skills.

- Exposure to global manufacturing operations and multi-country cost analysis.
