Operations Manager - Residential Parking

Location: Onsite at 2200 N Ocean Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL, United States. Shifts will vary.

Salary: $45,760–$50,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead parking operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Analyze location profit and loss, budgets, pricing, resource allocation, and cost-control measures.
• Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, pricing strategies, direct marketing, and operational improvements.
• Coordinate parking logistics for special events and high-traffic periods.
• Manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and develop new partnerships and revenue streams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of leadership experience in the parking management industry.
• Experience with location profit and loss analysis, revenue generation, and direct marketing.
• Strong customer service, client relationship management, business development, and strategic thinking skills.
• Leadership, team-building, and staff development abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in event management.
