Innovative Medicine Procurement Co-op (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid work in Titusville or Raritan, New Jersey, or Spring House, Pennsylvania, with a minimum of three days per week in the office. Local travel may be required, and candidates must provide their own transportation.

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour, depending on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do

• Support R&D Procurement or Commercial Procurement teams in acquiring goods and services.
• Lead special projects, including category strategy development and execution.
• Manage supplier relationships and identify supplier innovation opportunities.
• Conduct competitive sourcing events, process improvement initiatives, and spending analyses.
• Track key performance indicators and apply data-driven insights to sourcing and supplier evaluations.
• Explore and recommend digital tools to improve procurement processes and supplier collaboration.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university throughout the co-op assignment and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• Completion of undergraduate freshman year is required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States and must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.
