Senior Associate - Digital Products (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Chicago or Evanston, Illinois, United States, with on-site presence at hirify.global offices or client locations and travel as needed.

Salary: $125,000–$140,500 per year, plus potential bonus incentives and other benefits.

What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy based on client objectives, business goals, and user needs.
• Lead discovery and innovation workshops to identify requirements and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, process maps, user flows, and data flow diagrams.
• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize digital products, including healthcare, analytics, CRM, and AI solutions.
• Advocate for users, measure product impact through business, user, and operational KPIs, and implement improvements.
• Support stakeholder training, product adoption, thought leadership, business development, and the growth of the Product Management practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is highly desired.
• 3–7+ years of experience in product management or a similar function.
• Strong facilitation, written and verbal communication, organization, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Experience leading workshop-style discovery and requirements meetings.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Ability to travel as needed for client-facing work.

• Experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Experience working in or with life sciences.
• Master’s degree.
