Principal Product Manager, Analytics (AI)

Location: Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: USD 118,300–219,800 annual base pay; geographic differentials may apply, with an annual incentive bonus available.

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled analytics across nursing and medical education products.
• Identify opportunities to simplify analytics, surface insights, improve decision support, and personalize user experiences.
• Lead product development from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Translate customer and business needs into product strategies, requirements, and user experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, subject matter experts, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish success measures, manage the outcome-driven backlog, and use feedback and product data to improve prioritization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technology products, data products, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience delivering AI-, analytics-, data-, or insight-driven products.
• Practical understanding of AI, analytics, experimentation, and data products.
• Strong product leadership, stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear product strategies and meaningful customer value.
• Strong product and project management skills, including managing multiple priorities in an agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, education, healthcare education, or enterprise software.
