Senior Product Manager, Rich Media (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.

Base salary: $148,600–$237,400 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington, DC; $141,200–$225,600 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. Equity awards may also apply.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for tools and workflows that transform raw home captures into market-ready media.
• Create mobile capture experiences for field photographers while balancing speed, usability, and image quality.
• Improve media-management tools for photography and media businesses, including partner job, asset, and account workflows.
• Scale workflow orchestration and quality-review tools supporting production and AI human-in-the-loop operations.
• Translate AI science model and data needs into annotation, review, and operator tooling.
• Define throughput, quality, and partner/operator experience metrics and collaborate with marketing, operations, support, and sales.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning platform, tooling, or workflow products designed for efficiency and scale.
• Ability to balance the needs of multiple customer personas and translate technical possibilities into shippable plans.
• Strong analytical, execution, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience leading development teams in an agile, iterative environment.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Mobile application experience with iOS or Android.
• Experience with operational technologies, B2B or SMB platforms, marketplaces, or partner tools.
• Knowledge of photography, app-hardware integration, or AI human-in-the-loop operations.
• Fluency with modern AI-assisted tools for product management.
