Sr Mgr Engineering Services

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office

Base pay: $102,000–$184,300 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Manage short- and long-term technical solution delivery across engineering, operations, and staff growth.
• Oversee leaders and multiple scrum teams supporting several products within a product line.
• Lead engineering delivery for a product line and align execution with the product roadmap.
• Partner with IT Product Line Leaders and stakeholders on medium- to high-complexity strategic initiatives.
• Plan resources across full-time employees and contingent labor while supporting financial goals.
• Lead or coordinate application security, remediation, and security incident response activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of information technology experience, or 11 years of information technology experience.
• At least 3 years of management or leadership experience, including software engineering projects.
• Experience managing engineering skill sets across multiple teams and technology stacks.
• Experience with software engineering platforms, cloud computing, SaaS, resource planning, and forecasting.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or iterative SDLC practices from requirements through deployment.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, organization, and prioritization skills in a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with application security, root cause analysis, vulnerability remediation, and security incident response.
• Experience integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines and using developer security tooling.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced security tools for vulnerability detection, code review, threat analysis, and remediation recommendations.
