Valuations Intern (Real Estate)

Location: Chicago, IL; full-time work in the Chicago office is required for 10 weeks beginning in June 2027

Base compensation: $25.00–$30.00 hourly

hirify.global provides corporate services, including finance, technology, human resources, and operations, to Blackstone Real Estate portfolio companies across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

What you will do

• Deliver portfolio analytics summaries and property-level performance reporting to management teams.
• Prepare presentations and investment summaries for Blackstone, hirify.global, and portfolio company stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence, including recent sales data and prevailing market conditions.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly property valuation models and portfolio analytics across multiple asset classes.
• Review third-party reports, market studies, and real estate documents to extract relevant valuation data.
• Support property investments through leasing, operating, capital, and financing analyses.

Requirements

• Current junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution during the internship.
• Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, real estate, economics, or business with a finance or accounting concentration.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Ability to work full-time in Chicago for 10 weeks from June through August 2027.
