2027 Credit Alternatives Summer Internship

Location: New York, United States; daily in-office presence required

Salary: $25 per hour plus sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Analyze structured fixed income securities, with a particular focus on collateralized loan obligations.
• Build financial models and conduct quantitative research on credit risk, issuer strength, valuation, yields, and duration.
• Recommend investment actions and identify potentially mispriced corporate bonds with traders and analysts.
• Research and document credit recommendations across designated industry sectors.
• Provide pricing guidance for new purchases and monitor the credit of securities.
• Present investment recommendations and performance information to analysts, client relationship teams, and clients.

Requirements

• Current junior in college entering senior year in fall 2027, studying finance, business, or a related investing discipline.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher and exceptional quantitative analytical capabilities.
• Strong understanding of asset management, security markets, equities, and fixed income.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, teamwork, judgment, and prioritization skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including multi-sheet analysis, linked workbooks, customized charts, and advanced formulas.
• Ability to work daily from the New York office.
