Label Machine Operator ($500 Sign-On Bonus)

Location: Lewis Center, Ohio, USA; onsite production role

Salary: $18/hour starting rate, plus a shift differential for night shifts. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

What you will do

• Set up and operate label machines to meet daily production deadlines.
• Monitor product quality, close tolerances, and zero-defect standards.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and identify root-cause solutions.
• Use the ERP system to record materials and production time accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze and operate label machine equipment.
• Ability to work one of the listed day or night production shifts.
