What you will do
- Coordinate the timely movement of international air export freight and prepare transportation documentation.
- Arrange customer export shipments, communicate with overseas partners, and maintain customer service standards.
- Coordinate vendor rates and services with airlines, trucking companies, and other contracted providers.
- Manage accurate data entry, client and vendor billing, payment monitoring, and accounting issue resolution.
- Monitor shipment, operational, and performance reports while ensuring compliance with internal standards and government regulations.
- Support team operations through workload allocation, mentoring, training follow-up, and process or system improvements.
Requirements
- Two years of industry-specific experience or qualification, according to country-specific requirements.
- Good market and product knowledge in international logistics or air export operations.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and computer skills, including Excel and Word.
- Fluent English required.
- Ability to follow customer procedures, operational standards, credit procedures, and applicable regulations.
