Sr. Product Analyst (Fintech)

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States

Salary: $102,000–$128,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and align stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex business challenges into use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, insights, and recommendations.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to shape features and align delivery with business outcomes.
• Create process flows, wireframes, journey maps, test cases, and support user acceptance testing.
• Identify bottlenecks, recommend product and process improvements, support roadmap planning, and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience working in or alongside Product Management organizations.
• Strong communication, presentation, prioritization, and stakeholder-alignment skills.

Nice to have

• Financial modeling or business case development experience.
• Knowledge of digital banking or fintech products.
• Experience with backlog grooming, release planning, and product roadmapping tools.
