Senior Data Analyst

Location: Remote, hybrid, or office-based

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns, growth opportunities, and drivers of key metric changes.
• Conduct product analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations for business and product teams.
• Own A/B tests end-to-end, including hypothesis development, success metrics, experiment quality, and result interpretation.
• Evaluate the impact of product changes and support data-informed decision-making.
• Build data marts and create and maintain Tableau dashboards for analytical and reporting needs.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to analysts, Product Managers, business stakeholders, and C-level executives.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and independent experience working with large datasets.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis.
• Solid statistical knowledge and hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Ability to structure analytical problems independently and turn research into clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Strong product thinking, critical thinking, autonomy, and ownership.
• Ability to communicate complex insights to audiences ranging from analysts and Product Managers to C-level executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, data visualization, and reporting.
