Analyst II, Multi-Disciplinary (Data Center Infrastructure)

Location: Suwanee, Georgia, United States only; onsite five days a week. Overtime and some weekends are required.

What you will do

• Support data center availability and reliability by identifying infrastructure risks and interdependencies.
• Coordinate with facility management on power distribution, ventilation, cooling, and system redundancy.
• Design and document connectivity plans for data centers, connectivity rooms, mainframe systems, and distributed servers.
• Install network racks, cabinets, networking equipment, and structured cabling, including cable termination.
• Maintain infrastructure and connectivity documentation using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Visio, Lucid, and CAD tools.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in an enterprise data center or similar critical systems environment.
• Strong knowledge of fiber and copper structured cabling and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Understanding of IT hardware, compute, telecom, networking, storage, and security environments.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Must work onsite in Suwanee, Georgia, five days per week; current and future visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Visio, Google Lucid, AutoCAD, or BICSI standards.
• IT-related bachelor's degree or data center certifications.
• Knowledge of data center engineering, design, capacity calculations, power and cooling loads, safety, security, telecom, and cabling systems.
