Principal Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Advise strategic enterprise customers on data, AI, MarTech, commerce and cloud architectures.
• Map customer technology environments and explain data flows from systems of record through real-time decisioning, personalization and activation.
• Lead technical strategy across enterprise sales cycles, including RFPs, architecture reviews, workshops and executive presentations.
• Evaluate trade-offs involving APIs, cloud infrastructure, identity, governance, latency, scalability and microservices.
• Partner with Account Executives, Solution Consultants, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams.
• Mentor customer-facing teams and share customer insights with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior customer-facing technical role in enterprise software, SaaS, commerce, MarTech, data or digital experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architectures and platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, lakehouses and CDPs.
• Experience with APIs, event-driven architectures, identity resolution, customer profiles, real-time activation and enterprise cloud platforms.
• Understanding of CRM, ESP, personalization, marketing automation, commerce platforms, composable commerce and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, technical evaluations and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Strong executive communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to connect architecture to business value.
