What you will do

• Use CRM tools and work queues to understand customer needs and manage dealership accounts.
• Identify dealer needs, promote product solutions and campaigns, and support account growth.
• Service customer accounts, mitigate risk, and complete digital-market tasks and transactions the same day.
• Act as the main point of contact for dealerships in an assigned book of business.
• Coordinate with internal, external, and operational stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve objectives.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales-support roles.
• Experience managing multiple tasks in a productive, adaptable, multi-faceted environment.
• Ability to use mobile applications and other software required for the position.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong accountability for local goals and business targets.
• Ability to work onsite at the Carmel, Indiana headquarters.

Nice to have

• Previous automotive industry experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, or Tableau.
