Associate Software Engineer (AI): Supporting technical issue resolution, production systems, data pipelines, and web application features with an accent on troubleshooting, data validation, and cross-functional engineering collaboration. What you will do
- Resolve technical issues for internal and external stakeholders and escalate complex bugs to the engineering team.
- Investigate printer, email, website, and client data problems, tracking engineering work in Jira.
- Monitor production systems and assist with production server setup and maintenance.
- Debug websites and HTML email newsletters using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Contribute to data pipelines covering ingestion, engineering, search, validation, and optimization.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, Data, and other R&D functions to deliver responsive application features.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in scripting, software development, or equivalent knowledge.
- Early coding skills and a willingness to learn modern software technologies and development practices.
- Familiarity with .NET and C#, or another object-oriented programming language.
- Experience or familiarity with Angular, Python, MSSQL, Redis, SQL, cloud environments, and Linux/Unix systems.
- Ability to understand client specifications, identify user requirements, make recommendations, and explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Interest in Generative AI and LLM technologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, Bash, nginx, and HTML email newsletter testing.
- Additional SQL knowledge and experience with backend or web application technologies.
