What you will do

• Design, implement, maintain, and support IBM mainframe and related infrastructure technologies.
• Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Develop system documentation, technical standards, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring while collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and technology partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise mainframe environments.
• Strong knowledge of IBM zSystems, z/OS, storage, networking, and related technologies.
• Experience with performance tuning, automation, disaster recovery, and infrastructure modernization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to perform prolonged desk and computer work and lift up to 15 pounds when required.
