Senior Product Manager (StorageGRID)

Location: Hybrid work based in Morrisville, North Carolina, or San Jose, California, United States. In-office and in-person expectations apply, with travel for customer engagements and industry events as needed.

Target salary range: $196,350–$292,600 USD annually, based on on-target earnings including base salary and potential commission.

What you will do

• Build and execute product strategies for growth acceleration and self-enablement of hirify.global StorageGRID.
• Guide product direction and roadmap with product development and engineering teams using industry trends and customer insights.
• Engage customers and partners with deployment guidance, expert advice, and best practices.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify expansion opportunities.
• Represent the product at industry events, conferences, and webinars, and deliver training for sales and technical pre-sales teams.
• Create technical marketing content, including videos, blogs, and presentations, explaining StorageGRID capabilities and benefits.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or a related field in cloud, storage, or high technology.
• Strong knowledge of public cloud services, enterprise adoption of new services, hybrid cloud migration, and enterprise workloads.
• Experience creating technical content and presenting persuasively to technical and executive audiences.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of building and monitoring key performance indicators and leading and lagging metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline required; a master's degree in a related technical or business discipline required.

Nice to have

• Experience with public cloud tools, growth practices, and processes.
• Familiarity with object storage, data lakes, AI/ML, software development life cycle, and security practices.
