Senior People Partner

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders and managers on people strategies, organizational effectiveness, growth, and change.
• Own employee relations matters end to end, including inquiries, accommodations, investigations, and performance issues.
• Coach managers on performance, team effectiveness, employee development, and career conversations.
• Lead performance cycles, calibration, talent management, and job architecture initiatives.
• Use people data and insights to identify trends and inform business decisions.
• Support engagement, culture, onboarding, benefits administration, HR systems, and day-to-day People Operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR or People Partner in a fast-growing technology, startup, or scaleup environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, compliance, wage and hour requirements, leave, and accommodation law, including FMLA and ADA processes.
• Bachelor’s degree; Industrial Organizational Psychology concentration or SPHR certification is a plus.
• Strong coaching, influencing, communication, judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
• Must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Experience with job architecture, leveling, compensation frameworks, or career frameworks.
• Industrial Organizational Psychology concentration or SPHR certification.
