Visual/Motion Designer (3D)

What you will do

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D motion design for marketing campaigns, performance ads, product reveals, social content, and digital experiences.
• Develop visual treatments for brand moments, including title sequences, motion systems, and cinematic product animations.
• Create product visualizations and conceptual campaign work that explain complex products and abstract ideas through visual storytelling.
• Design custom 3D assets, illustrations, icons, and characters for product and brand storytelling.
• Own projects from brief through delivery and contribute creative concepts, ideas, and solutions.
• Collaborate with product, growth, content, and engineering teams while improving creative work through audience insights and testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design, 3D, or visual design, supported by a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft.
• Strong motion and 3D skills with excellent visual taste and attention to composition, lighting, materials, typography, and storytelling.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with strong ownership and independent creative problem-solving.
• Ability to translate complex products and abstract concepts into clear, compelling visual stories.
• Interest in technology, hardware, and creating memorable product experiences through motion and 3D.

Nice to have

• Experience with product visualization or digital products, especially assets optimized for real-time applications.
