Graduate Visual & Motion Designer (AI)

Location: Milan, Italy; London, UK; Madrid, Spain; Warsaw, Poland; or remote from approved countries. Most days must be spent in the Milan office during the first few months, regardless of the long-term work location. After this period, work may be performed from an office or remotely from approved countries, as agreed at the offer stage.

Annual salary: £56,345–£85,797 in London and €54,346–€82,557 elsewhere in Europe. Exceptional candidates may receive up to £196,764 in London or €188,848 elsewhere in Europe.

What you will do

• Create visual assets for paid and organic social content, products, brands, and presentation decks.
• Develop expertise in motion, graphic design, illustration, or another primary discipline while expanding into adjacent areas.
• Use AI tools to generate concepts, explore visual directions, and accelerate creative production.
• Manage a high volume of work across multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Apply business context to make strategically purposeful design decisions.
• Identify creative opportunities, propose ideas, and take initiative beyond fully formed briefs.

Requirements

• Proficient English in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to work most days from the Milan office during the initial onboarding period.
