Forward Deployed Creative (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Guide leading brands and creative agencies in applying generative AI to creative production.
• Architect and prototype AI-accelerated workflows that improve production speed and storytelling.
• Create high-craft content in Dream Machine and develop inspirational case studies.
• Consult with senior creative and business leaders, translating technical capabilities into concrete opportunities.
• Bring partner insights to Product, Partnerships, and Sales to inform the roadmap.
• Define engagement playbooks for the Forward Deployed Creative function in the region.

Requirements

• Senior client-facing creative experience as a Creative Technologist, Technical Director, or in a similar role at a leading agency, studio, or technology company.
• Required portfolio demonstrating shipped, high-craft work, creative taste, technical skill, and storytelling.
• Deep expertise in creative production pipelines, including VFX, animation, motion graphics, or production, and in designing new workflows.
• Experience building new solutions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for strategic consulting with senior creative and business leaders.
• Strong interest in the creative potential of AI.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with generative AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Pika, or Stable Diffusion.
• Public profile as a creator or thought leader in emerging technology or generative art.
• Experience at an innovative agency or an in-house technology or brand lab.
