Visual and Motion Designer (AI)

Location: Milan, Italy; London, UK; Madrid, Spain; Warsaw, Poland, or fully remote from eligible countries. Most days in the Milan office are expected during the first few months, followed by work from an office or remotely from approved countries as agreed at the offer stage.

Salary: Typical annual offers range from £56,345 to £85,797 in London and from €54,346 to €82,557 elsewhere in Europe. Exceptionally experienced candidates may receive up to £196,764 in London or €188,848 elsewhere in Europe.

What you will do

• Create visual assets for paid and organic social content, product visuals, brand materials, and presentation decks.
• Own deliverable quality from brief through final output while working across motion, graphic design, illustration, and adjacent disciplines.
• Use AI tools to generate concepts, explore visual directions, and accelerate creative production workflows.
• Manage high volumes of work across multiple projects while balancing craft quality and urgency.
• Apply business context to make strategically purposeful design decisions.
• Identify creative opportunities, propose ideas, and take initiative without waiting for fully formed briefs.

• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to work most days from the Milan office during the initial ramp-up period.
