Digital Creative Designer (AI): Creating digital campaigns, motion content, video assets and experimental generative-AI creative for major Irish marketplace brands with an accent on visual storytelling, digital craft and brand consistency. Focus on designing high-impact advertising formats, developing animation and short-form video, applying AI tools to creative workflows, and delivering projects from concept through completion.
Location: Dublin, Ireland, with optional work from home

What you will do
- Create digital campaign visuals, display assets and rich-media advertising formats.
- Develop motion content, short-form animations, GIFs and video edits for brand and customer communications.
- Explore automation, generative AI and emerging creative tools to improve workflows and develop new concepts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales to translate briefs into effective, on-brand creative work.
- Lead design projects from ideation through delivery, incorporating feedback and maintaining quality.
- Help maintain and evolve brand style guides and design systems across platforms and channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in creative, brand or digital design, ideally in marketing, media or advertising.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour and visual storytelling, supported by a varied digital-first portfolio.
- Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Gamma AI or Runway.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign, plus Google Web Designer.
- Experience or enthusiasm for animation, GIFs or short-form video storytelling.
- Currently based in Ireland with full working rights, or open to relocating to Ireland.
