Solutions Engineer (AI): Helping enterprise customers evaluate and adopt telemetry infrastructure through product demonstrations, sales support, and proof-of-concept sessions with an accent on logs, metrics, IT operations, and security. Location: Remote in Singapore; up to 30% travel required. Occasional work outside standard working hours may be needed across different time zones.

What you will do
- Help customers understand the value of the product during the sales process.
- Demonstrate the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls.
- Support customers through proof-of-concept sessions.
- Document customer use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
- Travel to support customer and business needs, up to 30% of the time.
Requirements
- Must live in Singapore.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
- Background in sales engineering, professional services, or support.
- Experience working remotely.
- Ability to explore the product and provide feedback.
