Commissions Analyst (Insurtech)

What you will do

• Administer the full commission process, including downloading, formatting, importing, verifying, and uploading commission reports.
• Use the Ritter Agent Payment system and verify the accuracy of internal commission data.
• Coordinate payment processing with the Accounting Manager and prepare reports according to accounting requirements.
• Calculate quarterly allowances, review agent debt, and support debt collection when necessary.
• Resolve escalated commission issues with the Broker Operations team and track cases through Service Requests.
• Provide customer service to agents by phone, email, and in person, and collaborate with the RAP developer on system testing and release feedback.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher.
• Basic understanding of insurance, agent relationships, and the commission process.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• At least one year of customer service and/or data entry experience.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, communication skills, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and collaborate effectively with others.

• Experience in accounting or finance.
