Analytical Development Co-op (Biotechnology)

Location: On-site in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Perform quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished RNA lipid nanoparticle products.
• Execute analytical assays using HPLC, LC-MS, and other established methods.
• Document laboratory activities and test results in accordance with GMP, data integrity principles, and internal procedures.
• Prepare technical reports, laboratory summaries, and presentations communicating analytical findings.
• Support laboratory operations through equipment maintenance, calibration, reagent and buffer preparation, inventory management, and supply ordering.

Requirements

• Current university student in analytical chemistry, life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, chemical and biological engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on laboratory experience.
• General knowledge of analytical or bioassay techniques.
• Experience with chromatography, gel electrophoresis, molecular biology, or other standard analytical techniques is an asset.
• Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
