Part-Time Coordinator, Real-Time Systems

Location: Inglewood, California, United States; onsite presence required at an NFL office or stadium location. Remote and hybrid options are not offered.

Salary: $26–$30 USD per hour

What you will do

• Prepare, validate, and execute real-time graphics workflows for digital media productions.
• Review ticker content, L-Bar playlists, sponsorship elements, and graphics assets for accuracy and consistency.
• Set up, test, and perform quality control on Viz graphics, templates, page-generation tools, and production assets.
• Monitor graphics systems, applications, and data feeds before and during productions, escalating issues to senior RTS staff.
• Coordinate with production, graphics, engineering, and operations teams to support scheduled productions, rehearsals, and special events.
• Maintain operational documentation, tracking sheets, system inventories, and event support records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Up to three years of experience in media operations, digital production, broadcast operations, graphics support, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital production environments and live content workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and production documentation.
• Ability to learn technical production and graphics systems quickly.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
