Material Inventory Specialist-2 (Warehouse Inventory)

Location: San Diego, California, United States; onsite warehouse role with availability to work any shift.

Salary: $21.00–$31.16 per hour

What you will do

• Receive, verify, sort, store, issue, stage, palletize, move, dispatch, and ship materials, parts, tools, and assemblies.
• Pick and pack orders, perform inbound and outbound quality checks, process returns, complete cycle counts, replenish stock, and manage warehouse transfers.
• Record warehouse transactions and maintain accurate electronic and manual inventory records in the Baan ERP system.
• Identify, trace, and reconcile inventory errors, correcting system records and communicating issues to relevant departments.
• Operate material-moving equipment, including two-axle trucks, and load or unload vehicles.
• Maintain safe, clean shipping, receiving, and warehousing areas and complete required documentation, licenses, and training.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid agency-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Working computer knowledge and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing 10–25 pounds and work at heights of up to 20 feet.
• Ability to operate a two-axle truck and work any shift.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants requiring employer-specific sponsorship are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with inventory record systems and the Baan system.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
