What you will do

• Communicate complex operational issues to management, business partners, and clients.
• Oversee existing processes and mitigate risks that could affect the firm.
• Generate reports, track trends, and support multiple operational processes and data platforms.
• Support audits, including audit meetings and evaluations.
• Lead testing for new technology and implementation projects.
• Maintain department controls and procedures while supporting deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in wealth management operations or data analytics within the wealth management industry.
• Experience with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort presenting to leadership.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Series 7 or another FINRA license.
• Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools.
