Business Analytics Consultant - Regulatory Reporting System Support (Regulatory Reporting)

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite five days per week

hirify.global is a financial services company whose Regulatory Reporting department manages statutory filings and related controls across the organization.

What you will do

• Support the stable operation of the Axiom Regulatory Reporting system in partnership with Technology teams.
• Identify defects, resolve issues, coordinate releases, and test system changes and reporting outputs.
• Interpret regulatory guidelines and convert them into specifications for data infrastructure, process automation, and reporting.
• Design and maintain data mappings for integrating financial and operational data into data warehouses.
• Validate reports, automations, data integrations, rules, results, and data quality.
• Use SQL and data-mining tools to prepare datasets and support regulatory submissions, risk controls, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with analytical thinking, business analytics, business intelligence, data integration, and data-driven decision-making.
• SQL skills and understanding of account-level loan and deposit data, banking financials, and regulatory reporting forms.
• Strong consulting, communication, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Pittsburgh five days per week; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
