Analyst, Transactions (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Review environmental, structural, title, and property-level documentation for real estate transactions.
• Facilitate diligence and closing processes for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Coordinate with property management, treasury, investments, and leasing teams to incorporate assets into the operating portfolio.
• Obtain diligence documents from third-party vendors and organize materials for internal review.
• Track closing checklists and coordinate completion of transaction requirements.
• Interface with outside counsel on legal matters related to real estate transactions.

Requirements

• Three years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate experience is preferred.
• Excellent technical, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
