Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Use data and critical thinking to solve business challenges, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Distribution Operations on strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex information into clear reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.
• Own projects from start to finish and develop ideas that create measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with data and Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience solving business challenges through internships, coursework, or professional experience.
• Experience with SQL and Power BI.
