Field Service Representative (HVAC)

Location: Carrollton, Texas, United States. Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday through Thursday; Friday work location is flexible based on business needs.

Annual base salary: $78,406.66–$126,000.

What you will do

• Provide daily technical support to dealers by phone and through onsite assistance.
• Communicate service bulletins and alerts to dealers.
• Support sales teams with key customer relationship management.
• Investigate product performance and report quality issues and First Notice events.
• Design and deliver technical training for service and installation technicians.
• Administer corrective action programs, concessions, warranty claims, and consumer complaint responses.

Requirements

• Associate technical degree or documented equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of field service experience.
• Valid driver's license held for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
• Detailed knowledge of HVAC products, including application principles, installation practices, maintenance diagnostics, and service techniques.
• Ability to communicate technical instructions, plan and conduct training sessions, assess technician needs, and address consumer complaints in writing.
• Strong computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
