Director, Privileged Access Management and Non-Human Identity

Location: Remote role associated with Ohio (Central Ohio Region); EST or CST candidates preferred

Salary: $125,000–$255,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for Privileged Access Management and Non-Human Identity Security.
• Establish governance and operational standards for privileged access across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, databases, and administrative systems.
• Oversee privileged account onboarding, credential vaulting, password rotation, session monitoring, emergency access, and deprovisioning.
• Build governance for service accounts, application and machine identities, APIs, workloads, automation platforms, and AI identities.
• Lead managers, engineers, analysts, architects, and other identity professionals while developing succession plans and talent pipelines.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, architecture, and business stakeholders on risk reduction, regulatory commitments, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Identity Security, Identity and Access Management, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Security, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years leading managers, engineering teams, cybersecurity teams, or identity programs.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management platforms and practices.
• Experience with service account governance, machine identity management, secrets management, and native cloud identity security.
• Experience operating within the Three-Lines Model and addressing risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust, Just-In-Time access, or Zero Standing Privilege controls.
• Experience building and maturing Identity Security organizations.
