Appraisal Project Manager

Location: Columbus, Ohio; hybrid work with local travel and occasional travel throughout Ohio

hirify.global provides property tax and appraisal software and services to more than 500 towns, cities, and counties across the United States.

What you will do

• Manage and oversee all facets of mass appraisal and reappraisal projects.
• Coordinate desktop review, final field review, data entry, sales and statistical analysis, valuation, and informal and formal hearings.
• Provide instructions and feedback on property database updates in partnership with the data team.
• Develop valuation parameters and guidance for valuation modeling with the statistics team.
• Interact professionally with taxpayers during informal hearings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Train and oversee junior staff while coordinating stakeholders and documenting project actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of appraisal and/or project management experience.
• Experience with CAMA or similar appraisal systems.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive stakeholder management.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Columbus, Ohio, with local travel.
