Salary: USD 73,500–75,521.25 per year

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, recruit, train, and retain a team of case managers.
• Oversee case management services including assessment, planning, referrals, coordination, monitoring, consultation, and advocacy.
• Drive program development, continuous improvement, quality assurance, and compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Build relationships with counties, community agencies, and other stakeholders to support contracted services.
• Partner with organizational leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, operational goals, and service enhancements.
• Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and best practices with the Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field.
• At least two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or aging populations.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in case management services.
• Knowledge of the local community and case management principles, procedures, and practices.
• Strong oral and written communication, conflict-resolution, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
