Salary: USD 105,575–124,115 per year

What you will do

  • Lead client and delivery excellence for patient services programs and support strategic offerings with program leadership.
  • Coach, train, and develop department staff while building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage client relationships, clarify objectives and deliverables, and maintain transparent operational communication.
  • Assess programs and implement automation, process improvements, staffing models, role definitions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Set plans and measurable outcomes, approve client billing, and monitor and report program results.
  • Travel approximately 10%–25% as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in patient services.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, operations, product management, or strategic account management.
  • Practical experience designing, delivering, and optimizing patient access programs, including reimbursement support, co-pay assistance, patient assistance, and adherence services.
  • Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in the office in Chesterfield, Missouri, and meet U.S. hiring-location requirements.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related discipline.
  • Account management experience in the life sciences industry.
