Director, Spend Management Engagement Operations (AI)

Salary: $135,200–$236,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Establish a consistent, scalable operating model for engagement operations across multiple business units.
• Oversee project setup, administration, reporting, milestones, issue resolution, and closure activities in ERP and PSA systems.
• Direct reporting on project financials, KPIs, revenue, profitability, at-risk revenue, forecasts, and operational performance.
• Manage training, resource allocation, contracts, financials, profitability, and risk-reporting support.
• Translate operational and financial insights into recommendations, priorities, and process improvements for senior leaders and delivery teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Engagement Operations team while guiding operational, process, system, and organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in professional services operations, project operations, financial operations, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating work across multiple business units or operational stakeholders.
• Experience with professional-services accounting, project financials, revenue or profitability reporting, and operational risk management.
• Experience implementing, administering, or improving PSA, ERP, CRM, or comparable business systems.
• Understanding of AI concepts, tools, risks, and opportunities, with the ability to apply them while maintaining appropriate business controls; willingness to travel.
