Software Development Engineer in Test (AI)

What you will do

• Implement and maintain automation scripts, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Use AI tools for test case generation, test data creation, defect prediction, and faster testing cycles.
• Plan and execute functional, application, regression, and performance testing projects.
• Design, update, and improve testing procedures, QA processes, tools, and best practices.
• Define test objectives and collaborate with QA and other departments on project goals.
• Provide testing metrics and recommend automation, performance, and AI-driven testing technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, plus at least five years of relevant software quality assurance experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with test automation and scripting in C# or Java.
• Knowledge of AI tools for test automation and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and experience in a DevOps CI/CD testing environment.
• Knowledge of cloud and virtualization testing environments, business software tools, requirements management, test management, and defect tracking.
• Ability to communicate technical information, estimate work, prioritize activities, and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• AI-assisted testing experience, AI-related certifications or training, and experience using AI for test case generation, test data creation, or defect analysis.
• Experience in a global work environment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and business processes.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with microservice testing techniques.
