Customer Onboarding & Deployment Project Manager (eCommerce)

Salary: €2,740–€3,300 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment for Integrated Procurement, hirify.global’s ecommerce platform connecting customer and dealer systems.
• Develop and manage onboarding plans, timelines, milestones, implementation schedules, and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate customers, dealers, product owners, engineering, support, and business stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, including scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and contingency plans.
• Track onboarding metrics, project health, customer adoption, and deployment outcomes.
• Support the transition from onboarding to ongoing customer support and successful adoption.

Requirements

• Knowledge of IT project management, project control, reporting, administration, and planning techniques.
• Ability to analyze situations, make informed decisions, gather data, and report project progress.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and French is required.
• Ability to coordinate global stakeholders and customers across business and technical teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and other business software, with strong technical aptitude.
• Work location: Kosice, Slovakia.

Nice to have

• Experience leading customer onboarding, deployment, implementation, or integration projects.
• Experience with procurement, ecommerce, digital commerce, supplier, dealer, or customer-facing platforms.
• Strong facilitation and relationship management skills.
