Senior Project Manager (AI & Innovation)

Location: Košice, Slovakia; flexible hybrid/remote model

What you will do

• Lead AI, automation, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts while translating operational and commercial challenges into AI use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes.
• Manage POCs, MVPs, pilots, digital products, business cases, project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and adoption plans.
• Coordinate IT, Operations, Sales, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners across a global matrix organization.
• Support the Business Assurance AI roadmap by identifying opportunities, managing dependencies, and scaling validated solutions.
• Promote responsible AI adoption with attention to data quality, security, governance, user feedback, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related field.
• Proven delivery of technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept through implementation.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including developing, testing, and refining prompts for business applications.
• Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent English in addition to the local language.
• Agile project delivery experience and experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification or Business Assurance industry are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI initiatives supporting Sales or Salesforce-related use cases.
• Spanish language skills.
