Senior Client Data Management Project Manager (Life & Health Reinsurance)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid

Salary: EUR 3,300–5,400 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead project delivery across the global Client Data Management agenda, from strategic framing through execution and benefits realization.
• Translate strategic priorities into project scope, milestones, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate business and technology delivery across the Life & Health value chain, managing dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Partner with sponsors and senior stakeholders, facilitate governance forums, and provide decision-ready reporting.
• Drive improvements to client data processes, governance, accountabilities, and ways of working.
• Plan resources and capacity, support funding requests, and manage project financials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading projects and change initiatives, preferably in (re)insurance.
• Strong end-to-end project management experience across business and technology, including planning, governance, risk, dependencies, resources, and financials.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into execution and shape delivery approaches in ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions, regions, and seniority levels.
• Experience delivering data and business transformation, including organizational and operating model design and implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience in Life & Health (re)insurance.
• Experience with client data or data-driven business initiatives.
• Project or change management certification such as PMP, PROSCI, or Scrum.
