Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET/Azure)

Location: Schiller Park, Illinois, United States; primarily office-based. Up to 20% travel to corporate offices and venues may be required, with possible irregular hours and on-call coverage.

Salary: $102,371–$133,083 per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications with product managers, analysts, QA engineers, architects, DBAs, developers, and vendors.
• Build scalable web applications, RESTful APIs, backend services, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Lead assigned projects, manage delivery schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, resources, and team tasks.
• Support production applications and troubleshoot complex performance, reliability, and data-quality issues.
• Improve observability, monitoring, development workflows, automation, and deployment practices.
• Create technical documentation, maintain application knowledge bases, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise applications.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
• 6+ years of experience with .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET Web API, Azure Functions, RESTful APIs, and backend services.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, enterprise integrations, relational databases, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Entity Framework Core, and Azure cloud-native applications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, automated deployments, Infrastructure as Code, software architecture, security, scalability, and Agile/Scrum.

Nice to have

• Experience with Progressive Web Applications, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, event-driven architecture, and serverless solutions.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications, Docker, Kubernetes, Angular architecture, and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience with Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, or Confluence.
• Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-204 or AZ-305.
